Numerology—Life Path Number.

Your Life Path number tells you about your personality, as well as the lessons and challenges you chose, before you were born, to learn and face during this particular lifetime.

To calculate your Life Path number, add the day, month and year of your birth together, and keep adding until it becomes one number—which is your Life Path number.

For example: the birth date of 12/10/1956 would be calculated by adding : 1+2+1+0+1+9+5+6 = 25.

Then add 2+5 to further reduce the numbers to a single digit of seven.

Numbers 11, 22 and 33 stay as they are, and are not reduced to a single digit.

Here is a brief summary of what each number represents:

Life Path One—The number One Life Path is learning to be leaders and to have independence. There is executive and administration ability, along with much determination. They are challenged to be team players.

Life Path Two—This path is about learning to find balance for themselves and others. They are good at cooperation and tactful diplomacy. They are challenged by codependency.

Life Path Three—The number Three Life Path is learning to creatively express and inspire others. They are great communicators and entertainers. They are challenged by their sensitivity.

Life Path Four—This is about learning to hold everything together. They are hard workers with a strong sense of practicality. They are challenged to learn to have fun.

Life Path Five—They must learn that change is important for growth. These people typically love to travel, and to get to the bottom of things. They are challenged to be more flexible.

Life Path Six—This number is learning the importance of responsibility and family. These people were born to be counselors and parents and are good at both giving and receiving love.

Life Path Seven—Sevens must learn to organize and work with spiritual principles. These people are seekers of truth in life, and often go on spiritual journeys or quests.

Life Path Eight—The number Eight path is learning about power, control and authority. These people were born to be authority figures. Their challenge is learning the proper way of handling money and finances. Many have occult or psychic tendencies.

Life Path Nine—This path is learning when to let go and move on. Tolerance is an important skill that these people must learn. Think of them as being born to heal others.

Life Path Eleven—These people are learning to be spiritual messengers for the Universe.  Their purpose is to inspire and bring knowledge to humanity. Most people born on this Life Path are highly charismatic.

Life Path Twenty Two—This Path is learning to be master builders, and to create long lasting structures. These people are here to help others turn their dreams into something real and tangible.

Life Path Thirty Three—These people are  learning about unconditional love and sacrifice. Perhaps the most empathic of numbers, the Thirty Three Life Path would do well to get involved in community and service oriented projects.

By learning about your Life Path Number, you can have the ability to see what your main direction in life could be.  There is no one Life Path that is better than another.  Each Life Path has its own strengths and challenges, and by learning what those are, you better prepare yourself to succeed in life.
